Dr. Rick Jaggi

Dr. Rick Jaggi is a double board certified Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. He completed his Doctor of Medicine and Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery Residency at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Head & Neck Oncology and Facial Plastic Surgery, including microvascular reconstruction, in Auckland, New Zealand. He is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Jaggi is the Director of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery for the Saskatchewan Health Authority.  He holds the academic rank of Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery. He is active in undergraduate and graduate teaching and in the development of teaching materials at the college of medicine. He is a peer reviewer for several surgical journals, and is Medical Director of FACE Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Jaggi is also fellowship director of a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship program under the aegis of the University of Saskatchewan with a focus on cosmetic surgery, microvascular reconstruction, facial nerve disorders, oculoplastics, cutaneuous malignacies and facial feminization.

Reiann Oak

Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Reiann graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 from the University of Saskatchewan and moved out to Vancouver, BC shortly after. Reiann started her nursing career on a neuroscience unit but quickly went back to school to obtain her Critical Care Certificate through BCIT. Reiann has worked the last ten years in the Intensive Care Unit at one of the busiest trauma hospitals in the lower mainland.

Reiann has recently moved back to Saskatchewan after having her first baby. When she isn’t working here in the clinic she is working casual in ICU at the Royal University Hospital.

Reiann’s passion for aesthetics, self care, and enhancing natural beauty started when she moved to BC. She is very excited to pursue her career in aesthetic nursing. Reiann is always looking into advancing her nursing career all while providing the most safe, competent, and optimal care to her patients.

Reiann likes to spend her free time with her husband and baby boy, hiking and skiing in the mountains, travelling the world, and relaxing at their family cabin.

Caitlin Owens

Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Caitlin is a Licensed Practical Nurse and certified Cosmetic Injector, proudly raised in Saskatoon. She graduated from nursing in 2017 and has since built a diverse foundation in both medical and aesthetic nursing. She completed her certification in cosmetic injectables through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA), deepening her expertise in safe and natural looking facial rejuvenation.

With a strong clinical background and a passion for enhancing her clients’ natural beauty, Caitlin brings a gentle, detail-oriented approach to every treatment. She is committed to continued education and providing results that are both artful and evidence based.

When she’s not in the clinic, Caitlin enjoys spending time at the gym and focusing on wellness and personal growth.

Vanessa MacDonald

Medical Coordinator

Vanessa is a Medical Coordinator with over 10 years of experience working in both family  medicine and specialist clinic settings.  Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills in coordination, patient support, and medical office administration, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly for both patients and healthcare providers.
 
Vanessa takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming environment and supporting both patients and staff with professionalism and compassion.  Her diverse experience across multiple medical specialties has given her a well-rounded understanding of clinic work-flow and patient care.
 
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.  She loves camping, being outdoors, and making memories with her family and dogs.

Melanie Sunderland

Operating Room Lead

Melanie is the OR Lead at Face Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery. She works closely with patients throughout their surgical journey—answering questions, providing education before and after procedures, and helping ensure they feel comfortable and well prepared. Melanie is also present in the operating room, supporting the surgical team and helping deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Melanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2020) from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to joining the clinic, she worked in maternal services at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients and families.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys staying active and coaching CrossFit. She also enjoys spending time with her fiancé and catching up with friends.

Ali Webb 

Nurse

Ali was born and raised in Saskatoon but briefly moved to Prince Albert to complete her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, graduating in 2013. She began her career in long-term care where she worked both on the front lines and in management roles, earning her a reputation for her kind, compassionate approach and dedication. 

Since 2023, she has been working in medical cosmetic services and circulates in the operating room along with continuing to work in long term care. She is dedicated to making those in her care feel comfortable and supported.
 
Outside of work, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, painting, listening to music and watching movies.

Adrienne Reid

Operating Room and Recovery Room Nurse

Adrienne earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan in 2012. She began her nursing career in Obstetrics at Regina General Hospital, where she spent the first nine and a half years supporting families through labour and birth.
 
After relocating to Saskatoon in 2021, Adrienne transitioned to the Post Anesthetic Care Unit, working at both Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital and Royal University Hospital. In 2023, she joined FACE as an Operating Room and Recovery Room Nurse, where she continues to provide specialized perioperative care.
 
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys spending her free time with her children and her husband, keeping busy with their many activities.

Tia Olsen

Patient Care Coordinator

Tia serves as FACE’s dedicated Patient Care Coordinator. She is passionate about helping each patient through their journey with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Tia is the first point of contact to guide patients through their cosmetic consultations with herself and Dr. Jaggi, and works closely with our clinical team to help patients feel comfortable, prepared, and empowered as they pursue their cosmetic goals.

Outside of work, Tia loves hosting and decorating for events, being outside, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family.
